Service Team

Brad is Holtzople’s Service Team Leader. He has 13 years of experience, all with Holtzople. Brad started as an install helper right out of trade school and progressed to the service team’s leader. He holds a Maryland HVAC Journeyman’s license and Section 608 CFC certification. Brad is also NATE-certified and A2L Refrigerant Certified. He also holds a Maryland Electrical Apprenticeship. During Brad’s time off, he enjoys remodeling his house, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, golfing, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

Tiffany is our Service Dispatch Leader and one of our client service specialists. She’s been with Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning for 11 years. Tiffany was born and raised around horses and dogs. She’s spent many years in the show ring or on the softball field. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, watching dirt track races, fishing and kayaking. She spends her time with family, friends, and her dogs. Tiffany loves to cheer on her favorite sports teams, the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Capitals. GO CAPS!

Kristin is Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning’s “Comfort Club” leader and one of our client service specialists. She’s been with Holtzople throughout her 8 years in the HVAC industry. In her spare time, Kristin likes to go fishing, watch tractor pulls, and spend time with her husband, 3 daughters and son.

Kaylee is one of Holtzople’s Client Service Specialists. She joined the Holtzople team 3 years ago and brings over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Kaylee’s hobbies include participating in her local football and cheerleading organization, fishing, shooting, and playing bingo with her friends. Kaylee is married with one daughter and 3 “fur babies”.

Kevin is one of Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning’s Service Field Leaders. Kevin has been in the HVAC industry for 30 years, 18 of those years have been spent with the Holtzople family. Kevin has his Section 608 CFC certification and is a NATE certified technician. During Kevin’s time off he enjoys traveling (primarily to Disney) and golfing. He also enjoys tasting craft beers. Kevin is proudly married, with one son and a granddaughter.

Brian is one of Holtzople’s service field leaders. He has 11 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 7 of which have been with Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning. Brian currently holds a Maryland state Master’s license and a Section 608 CFC Universal certification. Brian is also a NATE-certified technician. During Brian’s time off, he enjoys remodeling his home and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Jacob is a service technician who has 10 years of HVAC experience, all acquired right here at Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning. He started with the company as an entry-level install helper and progressed to a service technician. Jacob is a NATE-certified technician. He’s currently holds a Maryland state Master’s license and a Section 608 CFC Universal certification. In Jacob’s free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, 3 kids, and friends.

Jacob is one of Holtzople’s service technicians. He’s spent 5 of his 6 years in the industry so far with the Holtzople team. Jacob started as a helper right out of trade school and progressed to a service technician. He currently holds his Maryland Journeyman’s License. Jacob is a NATE-certified technician. He also currently holds certification in Wardflex & Gastite and a Section 608 CFC certification. When Jacob isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife, child, 3 cats, and 1 dog.

Rick is a service technician who has been in the HVAC industry for 30 years. He’s been working with Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning for 11 years doing installations, duct fabrication, service, and sales. Rick is a Licensed Journeyman for the state of Maryland and is Section 608 CFC certified. Rick is also a NATE-certified technician. During Rick’s time off he enjoys hiking mountain trails, bike riding, and camping (or “glamping,” as some of his friends would say).

Corey is a service technician that has 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 3 with Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning. He currently has his Maryland State HVAC Journeyman’s License, his Section 608 CFC certification, multiple Trane Comfort certifications, Daikin Heating & Cooling certifications, Mitsubishi Heating & Cooling Certified, multiple Boiler Certifications, and multiple Oil Heating/Gas Heating Certifications. Corey also holds his MD Electrical Apprenticeship License.

Scott Lanthier is a service technician who has 2 years of experience. He started with Holtzople as a service apprentice in 2022 after graduating from MIAT College of Tech HVACR earlier that year. Scott has a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, an universal 608 CFC certification and he is a NATE certified technician. In Scott’s free time, he enjoys reading science fiction or fantasy literature and summer bonfires.

Austin is one of Holtzople’s Service Technicians. Austin has 3 years of experience in the industry, all with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Types I & II Certification and a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License. He is also a NATE-certified technician. Some of his hobbies include golfing, cooking, and hanging out with family and friends. Austin loves listening to Frank Sinatra, as well as many other classical artists.

Bayley is one of Holtzople’s Service Technicians. He has 4 years of experience in HVAC, all with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, and an Electrical Technology Certification. When Bayley is not at work, he enjoys motocross, hunting, and fishing. He has a wife and two dogs, Hank and Riley.

Brett is one of Holtzople’s Service Technicians. He has 4 years of experience, all of which are with Holtzople, and recently transitioned from his role as an Installation Project Leader to the Service Department. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, and Geo Fusion training. In his free time, Brett enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers with friends.
