“GOOD” TIER

  • Starting at $23/month
  • 2 visits per year
  • 10% off repairs & diagnostics

This agreement includes 2 visits per year for normal maintenance. There is a 10% discount off of repairs and diagnostics for the system that is covered under the agreement. The agreement also makes the Comfort Club member priority over all non-maintenance clients.

“BETTER” TIER

  • Starting at $29.50/month
  • 2 visits per year
  • 20% off repairs & diagnostics
  • 10% off enhancements
  • Overtime rates waived

This agreement includes 2 visits per year for normal maintenance. There is a 20% discount off of repairs and diagnostics for the system that is covered under the agreement. There is also a 10% discount off of all the enhancements that we offer. Overtime rates are also eliminated for systems that are covered by this tier. The agreement also makes the Comfort Club member priority over “GOOD” Tier members and all non-maintenance clients. This is the only tier we offer to commercial clients.

“BEST” TIER

  • Starting at $39/month
  • 2 visits per year
  • Covers 85% of parts & repairs
  • 20% off uncovered parts
  • $200 annual credit
  • Diagnostic fees waived
  • Overtime rates waived

This agreement includes 2 visits per year for normal maintenance. This tier includes 85% of parts and repairs. For parts that are not covered under this agreement a 20% discount will apply. There is also a $200 credit that will apply to the 1st system each year that can be applied towards repairs or labor. Each additional system would receive an additional $100 credit. This credit is renewed each year and will not carry over. The “BEST” agreement also eliminates all diagnostics and makes the Comfort Club member our highest priority for emergency services.

  • Sequencers, contactors, relays and element restring kits
  • Condenser and evaporator coil cleanings (standard)
  • Defrost control boards
  • Standard PSC condenser fan motors
  • Ignitors, flame sensors and pressure switches
  • Condensate clogs and piping repairs
  • Gas furnace burners and standard gas valves
  • Electrical disconnects or connections
  • Minor refrigerant repairs (excludes refrigerant)
  • Oil igniters or primary controls

NOTE: All prices are subject to change. Holtzople reserves the right to decline maintenance for any system for any reason. We will not allow a non-operational system to be covered under these agreements. All discounts and benefits will not apply to the system until in good operating condition.

We were scheduled for the second call of the day with a service window of between 9:00-11:00 AM.  At 9:35am Kevin called to say that he was en route and he arrived at 9:45.  Upon arrival, Kevin immediately put on shoe covers to protect our floors and faithfully shucked and donned them appropriately as he went about his business during his visit.  He spent the next 10-15 minutes locating the units in the system, explaining what the inspection entailed, and getting a clear idea of what our humidifier needs were for the estimate.  For the next hour and a half, Kevin diligently inspected the components of both systems.  When this was completed, he went over all of the inspection points on each unit and provided an estimate for the installation of the whole house humidifier (which he recommended be installed at the beginning of the next heating season).  When finished, Kevin provided a form for signing up for a preventive maintenance agreement, going over the particulars without any coercive “hard sell” – which I appreciated.  I was favorably impressed with the level of service and the professionalism provided by Kevin.  While I am still on the fence on the preventive maintenance agreement I will likely have Holtzople’s install our whole house humidifier in the fall and I would not hesitate to call them should my system require service.

Holtzople does excellent work. We purchased a complete geothermal system from them as part of a remodel in 2013. Ever since then our electric bill has been in the range of $118 – $156 per month. That represents a greater than 50% reduction from before when we had older systems. Every 6 months they come out to do maintenance and tune up work on the system and keep it in tip top shape. I’d like to recognize Kevin, the guy who usually does the work. Today he was actually a little ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be okay to arrive early – heck yes it was ok! Kevin is amazing in that he has so much energy and so much knowledge about the system. He explains what he’s doing and asks if I have any questions, which I frequently do have, and then he gets right to work. Kevin is easy to talk to and has a good ability to explain stuff to me so that I can understand it. I really like that. My wife and I are thankful for having decided to do business with Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning. These folks have integrity and professionalism. We highly recommend them.

I would just like to take a minute and let you know that I was very impressed with the Customer Service that Jeremiah provided to me with his visit today.  He presented and handled himself very professionally while being able to answer all of my questions.  He was very willing to describe and and discuss my system while explaining the dampers on my system in details.  He was even cordial to my very curious and talkative children, something that not all service technicians tend to show.
