Melissa is a Sales Team Leader that has been with Holtzople for 11 years with a total of 17 years in the HVAC industry. The majority of her time was spent as a Comfort Consultant for the team, however, she’s recently been promoted to Sales Team Leader. When Melissa is not working she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Kelly is Holtzople’s Install/Sales Coordinator. Kelly is one of Holtzople’s longest-tenured employees, and she began her career with the company in March 2005. Kelly is an avid dog lover. In her spare time, Kelly loves to have her feet in the sand and enjoys traveling to different beaches and hanging out with friends.

Kaylee is one of Holtzople’s client service specialists. She joined the Holtzople team a little over a year ago and brings over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Kaylee’s hobbies include coaching cheerleading and softball. She also enjoys fishing, shooting, and playing bingo with her friends. Kaylee is married with one daughter and 3 “fur children”.

Matt Morris has almost thirty years in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry. He is highly skilled in system design and installation, as well as in identifying and correcting issues with existing systems. For sixteen years, Matt owned and operated a plumbing and HVAC company in the Gettysburg PA area, where he learned the most important rule of all: “Failure is not an option!”

He is well-known in the local HVAC community as a high-efficiency expert, utilizing cutting-edge technology and equipment to offer the ultimate comfort systems to our customers. In his off time, Matt enjoys hunting, hiking, playing music, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Justin is a Comfort Consultant with over seven years of experience bringing project solutions to clients across many various industries. His goal is to continue to provide these same quality solutions for Holtziople’s customers’ current heating and air conditioning needs.

Justin and his family live in Greencastle, Pa. He has previously coached at the NCAA Division II level for over ten years and is currently the Head Girls’ Varsity Basketball Coach at Chambersburg High School. During his downtime. Justin enjoys golfing and hunting with his kids.

Mo is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in mechanical engineering and a veteran of the HVAC industry. His passion is to fulfill every client’s needs in the areas of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality through a thorough evaluation of the existing conditions and the proposal of detailed solutions. He enjoys tennis, fishing, hiking, and biking.

Tyler Riley is a comfort consultant for Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning and has been with Holtzople for over nine years. He was previously a lead installation technician before becoming a comfort consultant. He has completed training for many different products including Trane, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Goodman, and has also completed training for Aeroseal. He graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a certificate in HVAC.
Tyler was born and raised in Adams County. He has two German Short-Hair Pointers, Gabby and Radar. When he’s not working, he likes golfing, bowling, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
