Sales Team

Melissa is a Sales Team Leader that has been with Holtzople for 13 years with a total of 19 years in the HVAC industry. The majority of her time was spent as a Comfort Consultant for the team, however, she’s recently been promoted to Sales Team Leader. When Melissa is not working she enjoys spending time with her friends and family

Kelly is Holtzople’s Install/Sales Coordinator. Kelly is one of Holtzople’s longest-tenured employees, and she began her career with the company in March 2005. Kelly is an avid dog lover. In her spare time, Kelly loves to travel to different beaches and spend time with family and friends.

Charlotte is one of Holtzople’s Sales Coordinator / Client Service Representatives. Charlotte has been with Holtzople for 2 years. She has 20 years of customer service experience, five of which have been in the HVAC industry. She enjoys spending her time away from work camping, reading and working on crafts. Charlotte also enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children collectively and their small herd of pets.

Shaun Owens is Holtzople’s Quality Control Specialist. He has 22 years of experience in the industry, 2 with Holtzople. He holds an HVAC Master Restriction License, Master WSSC Gas Fitters License, EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, and he is a NATE certified Technician.

Kaylee is one of Holtzople’s Client Service Specialists. She joined the Holtzople team 3 years ago and brings over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Kaylee’s hobbies include participating in her local football and cheerleading organization, fishing, shooting, and playing bingo with her friends. Kaylee is married with one daughter and 3 “fur babies”.

Mat Morris has over thirty years in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry. He is highly skilled in system design and installation, as well as in identifying and correcting issues with existing systems. For sixteen years, Mat owned and operated a plumbing and HVAC company in the Gettysburg PA area, where he learned the most important rule of all: “Failure is not an option!”

He is well-known in the local HVAC community as a high-efficiency expert, utilizing cutting-edge technology and equipment to offer the ultimate comfort systems to our customers. In his off time, Mat enjoys hunting, hiking, playing music, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Justin is a Comfort Consultant with over ten years of experience bringing project solutions to clients across many various industries. His goal is to continue to provide these same quality solutions for Holtzople’s customers’ current heating and air conditioning needs.

Justin and his family live in Greencastle, Pa. During his downtime. Justin enjoys golfing and hunting with his kids.

Tyler Riley is a Comfort Consultant for Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning and has been with Holtzople for over 11 years. He was previously a Lead Installation Technician for 9 years before becoming a Comfort Consultant.

He has completed training for many different products including Trane, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Goodman, and has also completed training for Aeroseal. He is also NATE Certified. He graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a certificate in HVAC. Tyler was born and raised in Adams County. He has two German Short-Hair Pointers, Gabby and Radar. When he’s not working, he likes golfing, bowling, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.

Josh is a Comfort Consultant and a proud member of the Holtzople team with over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He truly enjoys helping his customers find creative and smart solutions that maximize both comfort and energy efficiency in the home.

He is a lifelong native of Carroll County. He and his wife reside there on a farm with their four sons. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling, hunting, fishing, and backpacking.

Austin is a dedicated Comfort Consultant at Holtzople, bringing 4 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Having previously worked as a Service Technician with the company, he has developed a deep technical understanding of HVAC systems. Austin holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Types I & II Certification, a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, and is a NATE-certified technician.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. He’s also a fan of Frank Sinatra and a variety of classical artists!
