Our Installation Team

Jeremy is one of our Installation Leaders. He has 24 years of HVAC experience, 15 of them with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification and he is NATE-Certified. When Jeremy is not at work he enjoys motocross, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Loki.

Chris is one of Holtzople’s Installation Leaders. He has 21 years of experience in HVAC, all with Holtzople. He has his Maryland Journeyman’s Certification, EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, and he is a NATE-Certified technician. When Chris is not at work, he enjoys shooting guns, fast cars, and going off-roading. He also loves spending time with his two sons.

Kelly is Holtzople’s Install/Sales Coordinator. Kelly is one of Holtzople’s longest-tenured employees, and she began her career with the company in March 2005. Kelly is an avid dog lover. In her spare time, Kelly loves to travel to different beaches and spend time with family and friends.

Shaun Owens is Holtzople’s Quality Control Specialist. He has 22 years of experience in the industry, 2 with Holtzople. He holds an HVAC Master Restriction License, Master WSSC Gas Fitters License, EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, OSHA 10 Certification, and he is a NATE certified Technician.

Dwayne is our Installation Field Leader and trainer. Dwyane has over 39 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 10 of which with Holtzople. He holds his Maryland HVAC Master License and EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. In his free time, he enjoys camping and having fun.

Zach is one of Holtzople’s Installation Project Leaders. He has 8 years of HVAC experience, 5 of them with Holtzople. He currently holds EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. Zach enjoys training our new employees to help them succeed in our industry. When Zach is not working he enjoys hiking, fishing, golfing, playing bagpipes, and “long walks on the beach.”

Shane is one of Holtzople’s Installation Project Leaders. He has 18 years of HVAC experience, 7 of them with Holtzople. Shane holds his Maryland Journeyman’s License. When Shane is not working he enjoys golfing, bowling, and doing yard work. He also enjoys camping with his wife and son.

Colby has over two years of experience, all with Holtzople. He holds an MD HVAC apprentice license, an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, and is also a NATE-certified technician. In his spare time, he and his wife like to fish and be outdoors.

Andrew is one of Holtzople’s Installation Project Leaders. Andrew has 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry and took HVAC classes in college. He currently holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification as well as his MD HVAC Apprentice License. When he is not working he enjoys hunting, playing his guitar, and fishing.

Brett is one of Holtzople’s Lead Installers. He has 4 years of experience, all of which are with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, and Geo Fusion training. In his free time, Brett enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers with friends.

Tyler is one of Holtzople’s Installers. He began his employment under his dad, Jerred Holtzople, 4 years ago. He has 4 years of HVAC experience, all of which are with Holtzople. He holds his Maryland HVAC Apprentice License and holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. When his dad isn’t working him too hard, Tyler enjoys working on his truck, buying and selling truck parts, hanging out with friends, and riding ATVs/dirtbikes.

Eric is one of Holtzople’s Installers. He has 5 years of HVAC experience, all of which with Holtzople. Eric holds a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, as well as an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. Eric has a strong passion for music. Outside of work, Eric channels his passion for music by playing the guitar in his band, Sauce Policy. He also enjoys hobbies like disc golf and gardening. Eric lives at home with his wonderful wife and their 4 children. Eric takes great pride in his work. His motto is “Measure twice, cut once, and do it RIGHT the first time!”

Jordan is one of Holtzople’s Installers. He has 4 years of HVAC experience, 2 with Holtzople. Jordan is one of two employees who were the first to complete Holtzople’s in-house Apprenticeship Training Program. He also holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Certification. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and hanging out with friends, family, and his fiancée Gabrielle.

Ryan is one of Holtzople’s Installers. He started with Holtzople in January of 2024. He took HVAC classes in college and received his HVAC Foundations Workforce Training Certificate. Ryan also holds his Maryland HVAC Apprentice License and his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, going fishing, and hanging out with friends and family.

Reed is one of Holtzople’s Installers. He has 1 year of HVAC experience, all with Holtzople. Reed holds his OSHA 30 Certification, Forklift Operation Certification, and Mobile Elevated Work Platform certification. In his free time, Reed enjoys going to the gym, lifting weights, boating, and hanging out with his friends and family.

Jake is one of Holtzople’s Installers, joining in October 2024. He holds an HVACR Apprentice License and is eager to grow his skills in the HVAC industry with Holtzople. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family.

Steven is one of Holtzople’s Installers, joining in November 2024. He holds an HVACR Apprentice License and is motivated to grow his skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry with Holtzople. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, hanging out with his wife and dog, and watching sports.
