Chris Peake

Warehouse & Training Leader

Chris is Holtzople’s Warehouse and Training Leader. Chris’s 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry has been exclusive with Holtzople. He holds many OSHA Certifications including Forklift and Mobile Elevated Work Platform, Crane Rigging, and Signal Person. Chris’ favorite sports teams are the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles, and he enjoys watching and attending their games. Married for 14 years, Chris is a family man and his favorite thing to do is to spend time with his wife, their five children and their grandson.

Larry Holtzople

Parts Leader

Larry began his career at Holtzople in June 2002, under the employment of his son, Jerred, and his daughter-in-law, Vicki. Larry has worked more than a lifetime’s career length in the HVAC industry. He has spent fifty-plus years in the field and was self-employed as an oil company owner for many of those years. Larry holds an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. When his son isn’t working him too hard, Larry enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching movies, and spending time with his three children and ten grandchildren. Larry’s favorite sports teams are the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles.

Karl Schaper

Warehouse Assistant

Karl is a Warehouse Assistant for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. Karl has worked in the HVAC warehousing industry for 17 years. He has worked with Holtzople for a total of 5 years. Karl has OSHA-approved Certifications including Forklift and Mobile Elevated Work Platform. He enjoys watching his adult son play baseball. Karl and his wife have been married for twenty-seven years.

Nick Swomley

Warehouse Admin Assistant

Nick Swomley is a valued member of the Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services team, serving as the Warehouse Admin Assistant. He ensures smooth and efficient warehouse operations with certifications in operating Scissor Lifts and Forklifts. Outside of work, Nick is passionate about playing guitar, video games, and exploring the great outdoors. His favorite travel destination was Glacier National Park, where he enjoyed hiking and taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Hunter Schaper

Warehouse Assistant

Hunter is one of the Warehouse Assistants at Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He graduated from Wendelstedt Umpire School and has played baseball his entire life, including for the Thurmont Expos travel team. He loves spending time with his dogs, Ginger and Camden. He also enjoys working out at the gym and cherishes quality time with his parents.
