Jeremy Bower

Installation Leader

Jeremy is one of our Installation Leaders. He has 25 years of HVAC experience, 16 of them with Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification and he is NATE-Certified. When Jeremy is not at work he enjoys motocross, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Loki.

Chris Bowman

Installation Leader

Chris is one of Holtzople’s Installation Leaders. He has 21 years of experience in HVAC, all with Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He has his Maryland Journeyman’s Certification, EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, and he is a NATE-Certified technician. When Chris is not at work, he enjoys shooting guns, fast cars, and going off-roading. He also loves spending time with his two sons.

Dwayne Garber

Installation Field Leader

Dwayne is our Installation Field Leader and trainer. Dwyane has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 11 of which are with Holtzople. He holds his Maryland HVAC Master License and EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. In his free time, he enjoys camping and having fun.

Zach Sweeney

Installation Project Leader

Zach is an Installation Project Leader for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He has 8 years of HVAC experience, 6 of them with Holtzople. He currently holds EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. Zach enjoys training our new employees to help them succeed in our industry. When Zach is not working he enjoys hiking, fishing, golfing, playing bagpipes, and “long walks on the beach.”

Shane Breidenbach

Installation Project Leader

Shane is one of Holtzople’s Installation Project Leaders. He has 19 years of HVAC experience, 8 of them with Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. Shane holds his Maryland Journeyman’s License. When Shane is not working, he enjoys golfing, bowling, and doing yard work. He also enjoys camping with his wife and son.

Colby Rakes

Installation Project Leader

Colby is an Installation Project Leader for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He has 4 years of experience, all with Holtzople. Colby holds an MD HVAC Journeyman’s License, an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, and is also a NATE-certified technician. In his spare time, he and his wife like to fish and be outdoors.

Andrew Shipley

Installation Project Leader

Andrew is an Installation Project Leader for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. Andrew has 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry and took HVAC classes in college. He currently holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification as well as his MD HVAC Apprentice License. When he is not working he enjoys hunting, playing his guitar, and fishing.

Brett Weatherly

Installation Project Leader

Brett is one of Holtzople’s Lead Installers. He has 6 years of experience, all of which are with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, Maryland HVAC Journeyman License, and Geo Fusion training. Brett is also a NATE-Certified Technician. In his free time, Brett enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding 4-wheelers with friends.

Eric Ligsay

Installer

Eric is an Installer for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He has 7 years of HVAC experience, all with Holtzople. Eric holds a Maryland HVAC Apprentice License, as well as an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. Eric has a strong passion for music. Outside of work, Eric channels his passion for music by playing the guitar in his band, Sauce Policy. He also enjoys hobbies like disc golf and gardening. Eric lives at home with his wonderful wife and their 4 children. Eric takes great pride in his work. His motto is “Measure twice, cut once, and do it RIGHT the first time!”

Jordan Lawson

Installer

Jordan is an Installer for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He has 4 years of HVAC experience, 2 with Holtzople. Jordan is one of two employees who were the first to complete Holtzople’s in-house Apprenticeship Training Program. He also holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Certification. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and hanging out with friends, family, and his fiancée Gabrielle.

Ryan Burke

Installer

Ryan is an Installer for Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services. He started with Holtzople in January of 2024. He took HVAC classes in college and received his HVAC Foundations Workforce Training Certificate. Ryan also holds his Maryland HVAC Apprentice License and his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, going fishing, and hanging out with friends and family.

Jake is one of the Installers at Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services, and has 1 year of experience. He holds an HVACR Apprentice License and is eager to grow his skills in the HVAC industry with Holtzople. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family.

Steven Clarke

Steven is one of the Installers at Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services, with 1 year of experience in his role. He holds an HVACR Apprentice License and EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification. He is motivated to grow his skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry with Holtzople. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, going to sporting events, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also loves spending time with his wife and dog.

Ben Kagarise

Installer

Ben is one of the Installers at Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services, with 1 year of experience in his role. He brings enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. Ben currently holds an HVACR Apprentice License and is eager to continue developing his skills and knowledge with the Holtzople team. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family and girlfriend, and also enjoys eating good food and visiting new places.

JT English

Installer

JT is one of Holtzople’s Installers and has been with the company since April 2025. He holds an HVACR Apprentice Licensee and is also Forklift Certified. JT is eager to continue learning and growing in the HVAC industry. Outside work, he enjoys going to the gym, bow hunting, spending time outdoors, and being with his friends and family.
