Jerred and Vicki Holtzople began Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning in June 2002. Jerred has worked in the HVAC industry for twenty-eight years and holds a Maryland Master Contractor’s License and an EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification, along with NATE certifications in Geothermal, Heat Pump Systems, Air Conditioning, and Gas Systems. They emphasize integrity and high ethical standards that are biblically rooted in 2 Corinthians 8:21. Their business, started as newlyweds, prioritizes high-quality comfort solutions and values character over qualifications in hiring. The Holtzoples have five children, all of whom are active in their Gettysburg community and church. One of their sons works as an installation technician at the family business, while two of their daughters assist during the summer. When time allows, their family loves to be outside boating, swimming, golfing, gardening, and attending Orioles games. The company’s tagline, “Quality is not expensive, it’s priceless,” reflects their dedication to exceptional service and respect for clients’ homes and finances.

Kelly is Holtzople’s Install/Sales Coordinator. Kelly is one of Holtzople’s longest-tenured employees, and she began her career with the company in March 2005. Kelly is an avid dog lover. In her spare time, Kelly loves to travel to different beaches and spend time with family and friends.

Tiffany is our Service Dispatch Leader and one of our client service specialists. She’s been with Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning for 11 years. Tiffany was born and raised around horses and dogs. She’s spent many years in the show ring or on the softball field. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, watching dirt track races, fishing and kayaking. She spends her time with family, friends, and her dogs. Tiffany loves to cheer on her favorite sports teams, the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Capitals. GO CAPS!

Kristin is Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning’s “Comfort Club” leader and one of our client service specialists. She’s been with Holtzople throughout her 8 years in the HVAC industry. In her spare time, Kristin likes to go fishing, watch tractor pulls, and spend time with her husband, 3 daughters and son.

Kaylee is one of Holtzople’s Client Service Specialists. She joined the Holtzople team 3 years ago and brings over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Kaylee’s hobbies include participating in her local football and cheerleading organization, fishing, shooting, and playing bingo with her friends. Kaylee is married with one daughter and 3 “fur babies”.

Brad is Holtzople’s Service Team Leader. He has 13 years of experience, all with Holtzople. Brad started as an install helper right out of trade school and progressed to the service team’s leader. He holds a Maryland HVAC Journeyman’s license and Section 608 CFC certification. Brad is also NATE-certified and A2L Refrigerant Certified. He also holds a Maryland Electrical Apprenticeship. During Brad’s time off, he enjoys remodeling his house, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, golfing, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

Leslie is Holtzople’s Accounting Department and Billing Leader. Leslie has been a Holtzople team member for 11 years and has been working remotely from Florida for the last 5 years. She enjoys spending her time away from work outdoors, either at the beach or in the garden. Leslie also enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years and her 2 daughters.

Melissa is a Sales Team Leader that has been with Holtzople for 13 years with a total of 19 years in the HVAC industry. The majority of her time was spent as a Comfort Consultant for the team, however, she’s recently been promoted to Sales Team Leader. When Melissa is not working she enjoys spending time with her friends and family

Jeremy is one of our Installation Leaders. He has 24 years of HVAC experience, 15 of them with Holtzople. He holds his EPA Section 608 CFC Universal Certification and he is NATE-Certified. When Jeremy is not at work he enjoys motocross, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Loki.

Charlotte is one of Holtzople’s Sales Coordinator / Client Service Representatives. Charlotte has been with Holtzople since October 2022. She has 20 years of customer service experience, five of which have been in the HVAC industry. She enjoys spending her time away from work camping, reading and working on crafts. Charlotte also enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children collectively and their small herd of pets.

Alissa is Holtzople’s Marketing Coordinator. Alissa has 4 years of experience in the marketing/communications field. She is a Hood College graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communication and a minor in Graphic Design. In her free time, Alissa likes to volunteer at her church and give back to her local community. She also enjoys crafting and trying new coffee shops.

Hanna Yutzy is Holtzople’s HR Leader. She joined the HVAC industry after recently graduating from Washington & Jefferson College with a B.A. in Psychology. With 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, she brings a strong background to her new role. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with friends and family, crocheting, and reading.
